1:1 Coaching/Healing Sessions
I offer private sessions for clients as both a coach and healer. These can be single healing sessions, or a series of coaching sessions to achieve a particular goal (start a spiritual business, heal from emotional pain, face fears around death and dying, inner-child healing, soul-fragment retrieval, moving through the unique challenges that come with spiritual awakening). These sessions can include yoga, meditation, channeled messages, sound-healing and soul activations.

Freedom in Love
Freedom in Love is a 90-day spiritual and heart-centered program that guides clients through the necessary seven steps to heal from heartbreak and painful pasts with ease and grace. Expect to feel whole and radiant, free and clear to open your heart to love again. You can find more information about this program here.
Sensual Sexuality Workshop
I offer workshops on healing the inner child and mother wound, women's sensuality, awakening your intuitive abilities, bodymind coherence, yoga and meditation, intuitive methods for academic research, and more. My current workshop, "Awakening the Sacred Sensual Woman Within," is a 4-week online offering. I also offer these workshops at universities, corporations, schools and spiritual/healing businesses.
